How do Exploring Fear workshops work?
Workshops are a safe space to look at fear. They provide opportunities to gain clarity on your fears, helping you look at how you might navigate them in the future.
Using physical and interpersonal mediums that involve fear, you will be coached through how to increase your awareness of the symptoms of your fear, your reactions to it and your behaviours around it.
These exposures to fear enable you to become more familiar with it and experience how it works and feels in a safe and controlled environment. Not only that, it will give you an exciting opportunity to try out navigating fear in a new way, using tools shared by the coach.
Our goal is for you to leave with a richer understanding of fear and a toolkit of strategies for facing it with confidence and clarity.

Here’s a word from our founder, Louis:
Drawing on discoveries and ideas from various fields including psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, art, and spirituality, I have created a framework for navigating fear which I share in each workshop. I am fascinated about finding the most effective and efficient ways for dealing with fear, so this framework is constantly being updated as new discoveries are being made and I continue to learn more through my own personal experiences.
