What does One-To-One Coaching consist of?
Specialist support, every week, anywhere in the world, guiding you back to a life of freedom
Your coach will lead you through a structured program, hold your hand through scary moments, provide accountability and empower you to reach your goals.
One-to-one coaching consists of weekly online sessions, each lasting for approximately one hour and tasks provided at the end of each session
Coaching is usually structured as a 3-month plan, with the option of renewing at the end
Your coach will be available to you online between sessions to support and assist as needed
