  • 1:1 coaching is a service offered for those who wish to go deeper and would like support on their journey.

  • The process of 1:1 coaching starts with a detailed history taking. Getting familiar with the fears or problem/s that are most impactful on your life.

    We then look at any underlying beliefs that may be contributing to these problems and proceed to create new, empowering beliefs to replace them.

    The sessions will usually run once to two times per week for an initial period of 3 months with an option to extend at the end of that.

    The sessions will normally be online with the option of having in person sessions if possible

  • This depends very much on the nature of what we are working on and the amount of time and energy you put into it.

    Working with fear is a lifelong process (thankfully because it means we are always growing) but one that gets easier and more enjoyable the more you know about it.

    What you can expect is to develop a new perspective on fear, learn tools to help you navigate these situations consistently and effectively, and finally to foster a more curious approach to fear
